Greetings from Atlanta. I'm on a work trip and although I went apple picking before I left, I didn't have a chance to make the tart fine. There will be plenty of apple desserts to come once I'm home. 
These Plum raspberry preserves were selected by Margo (of Effort to Deliciousness) for this week's Sweet Melissa Sundays. I'm late in posting. I made the tiniest amount and used nectarines. Instead of putting them in a jar for later, I poured the warm preserves over vanilla ice cream. Really as close to perfect as a non chocolate dessert can get. Thanks Margot!
