Peanutty Blondies

I'm trying to play a bit of catch up after being baking delinquent and then heading west for a long weekend. I don't know why I couldn't get myself in gear to make these blondies for TwD on time- I had already purchased the ingredients. And they are right up my alley. Peanut butter is one of the greatest foods on earth. Plus they seemed like they would have been perfect to travel with. Oh well. Instead I baked them last night and brought them into work.

These are one of those treats that you really shouldn't eat hot out of the oven. They're okay like that but if you wait one day, the peanut butter flavor really shows and a good blondie turns into a fantastic one. These were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in the office.
